洪大媽創立於1991年,最早以傳統古法熬煉台灣特色小吃起家,豆花、綠豆湯、八寶粥等點心,洪大媽創始人強調「品質」與「信用」, 堅持採用無農藥高品質的花生、綠豆、黃豆等食材,為了將最好的風味傳承下去,於是融合古早味及先進精良的加工技術, 生產無農藥零防腐劑深具養生的優質天然飲品,奠定「洪大媽食品」品牌之基礎。

Madam Hong food Co., was founded in 1991, we started selling traditional Taiwanese specialties in the early days, such as tofu pudding, sweet mung bean soup, 8-ingredients porridge etc. The founder emphasizes on “the quality of food” and “credit”, for the best flavor handed down, the founder was insisting on the use of pesticide-free, high-quality ingredients to combine ancient taste and advanced processing technology to produce high-quality natural drinks, laying the foundation for the “Hong Da Ma Food” brand.
